“Chef and owner Sean ‘Sonny’ Nguyen brought his vision to life with DOMU, a neighborhood restaurant and bar featuring house-made noodles, creative small plates, and seasonal cocktails. The name DOMU, meaning ‘a dream come true,’ reflects the unique and unconventional ambiance of each location. At its core, the concept blends authentic Japanese techniques with a modern twist. Inspired by 90s hip-hop, especially Biggie's famous line, ‘it was all a dream,’ DOMU embodies the spirit of turning dreams into reality.”
