Privacy Policy
Last Updated: March 04, 2026
At David Lawrence Photography, I value your privacy as much as I value a great capture. This policy outlines how I collect, use, and protect your information when you visit my site or book a session.
1. Information I Collect
Directly from You: When you sign up for my newsletter or inquire about a session, I collect your name and email address.
Automatically: Like most websites, I use "cookies" and tracking technologies (like the Meta Pixel) to understand how you interact with my site. This includes your IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
2. How I Use Your Data
I use your information to:
Send you newsletters, information about special offers, and studio updates).
Respond to your booking inquiries.
Run personalized ads via Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and the Google Ad Network to show my work to people with similar interests.
3. Meta Ads & Tracking Pixels
To help my business grow, I use the Meta Pixel. This tool allows Meta to track your behavior on this site so I can serve you relevant ads later. You can opt out of targeted advertising through your Facebook Ad Settings.
4. Third-Party Sharing
I don’t sell your data to strangers. I only share information with trusted partners who help me run my business (e.g., Squarespace and Mailchimp for emails for booking). These partners are also committed to protecting your data.
5. Your Rights & Opting Out
You can unsubscribed from my newsletter at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email. If you’d like me to delete your data entirely from my records, just shoot me an email at iamdavidlawrence@gmail.com.
6. Security
I take reasonable steps to keep your data safe, but remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
