JAM Hot Chicken

High heat meets 90s visual culture. A look inside my photo session with JAM Hot Chicken, highlighting signature dishes alongside retro details, vibrant contrast, and authentic local flavor. By blending throwback charm with bold food styling, this series brings the full energy of their iconic menu right off the screen.

“It's always been about food. People come to JAM Hot because like us, they’re about that chicken. And since 6th grade, at our kitchen table, rolling grape leaves with Mom and frying cutlets with Dad, we’ve been inspired by what food can do.

Fast forward years later, through odd jobs, culinary awakenings, a handful of pop ups, some freakin’ awesome people, and one finely tuned, supremely simple, hot chicken sandwich — JAM Hot Chicken was born. It brought tears of joy to the people (some tears of spicy pain). And we knew then that our calling was to spread the good word of hot chicken to our city.

You could say this little chicken shack is a dream come true — from a food cart pop up to settling into a place that has always been home. We’re an Orlando food joint that does two things right: hot chicken and good vibes.”
